Established twenty-five years ago by Joseph A. Villani, JAV Realty is one of the borough’s leading realtors. “I love the Bronx,” says Joseph. “And in my personal experience, so does everyone else!” Certainly the people that come into JAV Realty’s White Plains Road office are borough fans. A convenient location and great transportation alternatives are among the top reasons people cite for moving to the Bronx.

JAV Realty lists properties in neighborhoods like Wakefield, Baychester and Williamsbridge, as well as throughout the west and south Bronx. “Our properties are as diverse as our clients,” says Joseph, whose listings include residential properties, co-ops, condos, and commercial properties adding up to a gross volume of nearly $4 million in annual sales.

Over the years JAV Realty has been hard at work establishing a reputation for honesty and professionalism. What’s their key to success? “Customer satisfaction is essential,” says Joseph.

Joseph was born in the Bronx, grew up on Arthur Avenue, and graduated from Mt. Carmel High School Bronx and Lehman College. And while enthusiasm over Bronx certainly isn’t limited to natives, with Joseph it has very deep roots.
